    Neither. They actually make your stress rise.
    Try taking a nice, relaxing bath with the fan on, and any kind of drinks near you whenever you’re thirsty. I suggest something sweet! :]

    Cute answer Vivian, but exercise is EXCELLENT for relieving stress. The running would probably do a better job because it is more aerobic.
