What can a man do to increase his fertility?
November 26th, 2008 | by Anthony |stoneyeyes2000 asked:
i am 32 and have been trying to get pregnant with my wife. so far no luck. I smoke small amounts of cannabais at night time for stress relief. When I was young I was a habitual user. Could that affect my ***** count.

you can try drinking coffee about a half hour before you baby dance. you are supposed to have a 3 day period of not ejaculating at all before the woman becomes fertile then have *** either every day or every day and a half or every other day. the less *** you have the more ***** you will have but also the less healthy and mobil the ***** will be so the more *** you have the less ***** there will be but they will also be more healthy and mobil!
stay away from hot baths, showers, wear boxers and take vitamins and drink plenty of water, those ***** need water to be nourished too! try not to smoke and try not to drink either
if it has been over a year of trying to get pregnant you should both get checked out by the doctor. there are alot of treatments that help couples get pregnant these days! if there is a problem it may not even be with you, it can be her too.

I read something eartlier today that said,
“Testicles produce the best quality ***** when they keep their cool. “The boys” are happiest at 34.5-36 C or 94-96 degrees F, which is a couple of degrees cooler than normal body temperature.”
So….sit in a fridge?!
The site below has lots of helpful info. I recommend this page most:
Its an article about the best diet for fertility. There’s a womans one around that site too if your wife wishes to follow it. Me and my fiance are doing it at the moment and it’s really easy to abide by!
