What besides stress, depression relief, and weight loss is exercise good for?

I’m thinking about doing my research paper on the benefits of exercise and I need like twenty different sources for my bibliography. I figure if I have a lot of topics under exercise benefits, this paper won’t be so difficult.

Lowers resting heart rate, reduces bad cholesterol levels, burns excess calories off the body, assist in stabilizing the metabolism, defeats free radical cell damage, improves circulation, stabilizes insulin production. improves cardiovascular health, slows the aging process, boost immune system to better fight a sickness….if this isn’t enough e-mail me I’ll continue with the list…
