Stress Relief during pregnancy?
August 23rd, 2009 | by Anthony |♥ღ♥Mom of Alyssa and Kamden♥ღ♥ asked:
SO currently Im 19 weeks pregnant with baby #2. ITS A BOY
My daughter is 9 months old this week.
We just bought a house, and the last 2 weeks my husband has been there working on the house. He works until 5 and comes home for an hour then heads over there until 8:30.
So I take care of my daughter from 5-6am when she wakes to about 9pm. And its taking a toll on me. I dont know how some do it.
Over all this pregnancy is better, but Im just extremely tired! And I have a low red blood cell count. Which is some sort of genetic anemia.
I have low Amniotic fluid,(its not to low, they are monitoring it). And my baby boy has a brain cyst. I will know more next week at my level 2 ultrasound.
It seems as though I have no time to myself, or to just relax.
And I think I forgot how to.
It takes me hours to sleep at night, not just being uncomfortable but also stress, And being over tired.
What can I do to relieve some of this stress?

put your baby in the stroller and go for a walk and don’t think about anything she may like being outside to and go swimming ask the grandparents to take the baby so you can sleep or as the baby’s father to take care of the baby so you can get your hair done or nail or if you don’t want to do that read a book just don’t let your self get to stressed out its not good on the baby good luck to you

Do you have relatives who can take your daughter off your hands for awhile? Do you go to the park with your daughter? Do you get out of the house at all? Find a place for your daughter once or twice a week so that you can go take yoga classes or take flower arranging. Some of your stress is from lack of sleep. Perhaps, you can go to counseling to help you resolve some of your issues. I think you are feeling as though the world is managing you instead of you managing the world around you. Tell your ob-gyn doctor about these things.

I have a four year old, two year old and pregnant 15 weeks, I am getting married the 25th we bought a house, and on top of it all I am still a 8 to 5 working mom. Easy take a bath after all kids whent to bed, or take one with them, play music what you like and if you enjoy cooking or baking do it, yes the kids needs your attention but its easy doing thing with the kids, try getting someone taking the baby once a week for an hour so you can sleep, and eat fruit it usaly sets “happy” hormones free. OO and *** jip it helps too especialy in the wee hours of the morning.
