    exercise……………get out and run or walk or swim…
    pick up a martial are………………..one of the flipping ones..judo ie………get it out that way………

    Punching bag, hot baths work really well with some fav music.

    or get a punching bag

    or heavy physical work (like clean the whole yard, garage, etc)

    anything but sit and dwell on it and let it build up

    Blasting loud music and just dancing around like an idiot and appreciating yourself and having fun alone always helps me.
    Also, if you can, scream out of your car window or something to that effect. Excercising is also amazing for stress relief. The endorphins really help.
    Just try to relax, i know it’s hard but stressing it so pointless when you really think about it.

    Hi, I think natural methods are best. Stress relief became a really big part of my life due to an illness that worsened with stress. I did a lot of research and found lots of things to help me, aromatherapy being the most helpful. Check out my website for all types of stress relief products.
