stress relief?

    I have problems with stress all the time, and im a senior in high school. it might help to exercise to get rid of nervous tension, and sleep at least 8 hours. also you could talk to someone you trust. But what helps me is just to realize that not everything is the end of the world and problems will probably end up okay. a test is just a test, and a day is just a day. i hope you feel better!

    1)start breathing excersize
    2)Drink lot of water
    3)Keep affirming that you are healty
    4) stop negetive thinking
    5)Be positive
    6)Try to laugh a lot and try wearing light coloured dressess.
    7) Listed to meditations audios
