Nicole Marie asked:

Ok so on the bottle it says

USES:Temporary Relieves the symptoms of simple nervous tension and stress.

DIRECTIONS:Take 1 to 2 Tablets with water before each meal and bedtime.

Ok so i have some Questions.

1. I am 17 years old and am skinny and underweight should i only take 1 instead of 2?

2. Should i just take one before bedtime and that is it.

3. i cant swallow pills like at all and these are giant caplets so is it ok to take it by smashing it up and either putting it in water or applesauce bc it says to take w/ water.
4/ water or applesauce.

Thank you for all of your help anything you help me w/ is a lot of help for me. I really appreciate it.

(Oh the reason i got these is bc i get nervous over every little thing. Like riding a school bus. going to a friends house. and when i get nervous i get all shaky and feel like i am going to throw up. so idk if these will help or not)
Oh and its called Hylands Homeopathic Nerve tonic stress relief.
i will also give as many points as i can to the person who helps me the most.
If you dont know all of the answers just tell me waht you do know.

    smart, very smart girl!!
you answered your own question… take one to start with each meal and bedtime as well. it would be ok to open the capsule and add to say 1/2 glass of water or applesauce say 1/4 cup and mix it thoroughly then down the hatch!
if after two to three days you don’t feel much difference, then go ahead and take 2 at a time.
i would drink more fluids during the day not knowing what’s in the pills exactly just to protect your tummy etc. it wouldn’t hurt.
you say the pills relieve simple nervousness, tension and stress. soooo… if that doesn’t work after say a month, then make an apt. to see the dr. and they can prescribe something that will deffinitely help you feel better.
good luck, try as many relaxation techniques as you can during your day and evening such as listening to mellow music, having quiet time and think good positive thoughts, maybe light some candles and have a bubble bath and massage if anyone is available to do that to help you relax.
hope your feeling better soon, my thoughts and prayers are with you! also, prayer is a very powerful tool and important in healing what ails you.
