Ok, I am EXTREMELY stressed out, I had an anger therapist about more then a year ago, and I dont want to pay that kind of money again, what are some house hold tips I could use for stress relief? I used to listen to music while I sleep…will that be a good start?

Listen to “Flower Duet” from the opera Lakme by Leo Delibes over and over. Listening to those beautiful voices always relaxes me.

any sort of depression can be tide over by faith in GOD and sincere prayer.
Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation

Here’s just the thing for you: slow breathing with music. This is so much better than regular relaxation tapes because it’s not passive. I used to go crazy trying to sit still and listen to drippy relaxation music. Talk about boring.
This stuff is called Breatheasy and it’s totally different. It’s not passive but it’s not like you have to work or do exercises. It’s got a breathing track that guides your breathing. This is mixed with super relaxing music. The breathing part is effortless and you find yourself relaxing deeper and deeper. It uses a breathing method that when you breathe out it releases tension in your chest and opens up your blood vessels. It’s proven to lower blood pressure but if you don’t have hypertension it will just relax you and relieve stress. It’s awesome.
