    Try, otherwise I would try to keep your head up vs hunched over or down. This puts more tension on the muscles of the back of the neck.

    For example, if someone does alot of reading or works with their head constantly looking down this will often strain the neck. Also, mental stress tends to tighten muscles too. Most people carry stress in their neck and shoulders.

    Try to stay loose and relaxed and half circle neck rolls may help do this along with occasional neck massage.

    do mediation will relax your all body re leas all the stress
    take a hot shower before your bed leave hot water on you neck and shoulder for 5 min to heat up
    change your pillow and get pillow with neck support
