How to get to sleep fast?

I need to be asleep by…midnight preferably 11:30
any tips? went to bed at 1:00 AM last night if that helps, I have pastilles for natural stress relief, warm milk & honey, natural herbs that can help u fall asleep, even melatonin if its necessary, sooo…what should i do?

I’ve read a couple of places that there is something in warm milk that wakes you up further…
If you just aren’t feeling tired, do a boring task like reading an uninteresting novel to tire you out. If you are tired, try listening to some relaxing music. Focus on breathing slowly and deeply, from your belly. Light a candle with a relaxing fragrance. Also, work harder during the day, and make sure you exercise, to get a better sleep.

this sounds weird but I cant sleep on a bed thats too big. try sleeping on a smaller bed……
