actual *** would be better. Knowing someone else cares for you gives you the emotional boost.

You are listening to the wrong people for advice. You need to see someone who understands nutrition.

    good luck

No - it actually weakens the mind. If you keep up that intensity of sexual stimulation you will loose yours and no exam will then help you. I’m sorry the truth hurts - but do understand ignorance hurts even more.

When everything else fails try letting go
a guy was on a cliff and fell and grasped a tree limb, and was holding on for life from the drop 200 feet to the bottom, till he heard a voice “Let go, and let me help you” and when he did he landed on a ledge and was safe.

let’s put it all into Jesus hands

“Jesus I cant help myself, please help me Jesus, amen.”

I as Jew finally prayed to know the truth and the Prophecies helped and then I prayed
“Help me Jesus, I am sorry for my sins, even one lie, come into my heart and be my friend, amen.”

the promise given from heaven to do this is by Jesus. He gives it in Revelation 1:1 chapter 1 verse 1 and 3:19&20

“I love you, and ask you to repent of sin quickly. Behold I stand at your heart’s door and knock to come in, if you ask me in, I will fellowship with you and you with me.”

Jesus considered by some a prophet and the Messiah, only he is spoken of as without sin, it was needed for him to fulfill the lamb sacrifice requied to forgive sins Moses tells in Leviticus 17:11 “Without the shedding of blood there is no atonement for sins.”

Isaiah 9:6 “Unto us a child is born a son is given, and he will be mighty God, wonderful counselor, the everlasting father and the prince of peace.”

Isaiah 52:13-53:12 He will be exaulted, but first marred more than any man and lay down his life to forgive our sins.”

Romans 8 is the key, God’s unconditional love
and verses 28&29 everthing works together for good in our life if we love God and desire to do his will

first is to make sure Jesus is in your heart Revelation 3:19&20 pray this does work “Jesus help me, I am sorry for my sins, come into my heart and be my friend, amen’

then he says “I will never leave you nor forsake you” Hebrews 13:5

if you get a bad thought pray “the blood of Jesus rebuke that thought.” and put in a good one that is honest pure and good Philippians 4:8 and dont worry about anything, pray it through Philippians 4:6&7

have a better day and keep looking up, prayer for you
    in the Messiah Jesus

No, it will only make tired.
Just turn your mind off ***…..
    Study, in a comfortable chair…No TV,,nothing…..
You will pass the test…..Don’t short yourself.
Tiy it……If you really want to be in the Medical Field.
You must only constraint on your books and questions Nothing else.
Gees, stop…..You can not pass the test, with what you are
    doing.

Take a mild anti-anxiety pill when you’re feeling stressed, but make up your mind to take it no more than once or twice a week. They work far better than ************ (or prayer, as some have suggested).

suck it up. if you have to masterbate 2-3 times a day to get through your exams then what do you plan on doing when you start your residency program?
