help! stress relief tips, please answer?

I am getting SO stressed from the amount of work at school - we just had exams and I have failed miserably in most of my subjects, except for music, business and english.
my dad is paranoid at me, he says i should be a scientist or a doctor, but i really want a career in journalism or music. and i’m terrible at math and science so i don’t think i could be a scientist or a doctor anyway.
I’m so scared i’ll fail my final exams, and won’t be able to have the career i want, and being stressed isn’t going to help my marks…
anyway, as you can probably tell, I’m getting really stressed from all this, does anyone know any good stress relief tips? or maybe even advice, that would be good too…

yoga and stretching is the best thing to relieve stress. it totally clears your mind

when you start to feel tense, take a breather. i love to do yoga. i know sounds typical, but it REALLY works. i always thought that when people told me to try it that they were joking. but i was wrong. seriously, try it.

Ok, you might think I’m joking here, but ************ always works for me. I’m not trying to be a psycho perv or anything, but the act is relaxing and the ****** releases endorphins. I also work out every day. I can be ready to explode, but after about 20 minutes on the track, I’m a kitten
I spend about 1 and a half hours a day at the gym and it really helps get rid of my negative energy and helps me think more clearly. A little light Yoga before bed also helps. Good luck!

one method is to stop, close your eyes and tell yourself that everything is going to be alright. you can try listening to peaceful music or just taking a break from everything that is causing you stress and just doing something you enjoy for a little while. also, and im not trying to be ********* or creepy in any sort of way, but ************ is a good way to relieve stress.

this is the way your mind will work now and forever, The mind is like a terrorist but a LIAR, so dont listen to it.. but the terrorist is powerless if you dont believe it..its ok to have the thoughts and the fear, because why would you have to get rid of anything that is harmless.. even if it happened, its all good
