Can you advise me on stress relief? Sleep aids?

Not necessarily pills or anything, just natural remedies and stuff like that. Anything that can relax me really, because I’m having a lot of trouble getting to sleep at night.
I think it’s down to stress. My mum is sick in bed and I’m having to do a lot of work around the house plus my GCSE results are coming soon and I’m just really anxious about them.. I don’t think I’ve done badly, but I feel kind of pressurised to do really well.
As soon as I think about it, I just get nervous… Plus there’s family troubles and other stuff like that. I just feel really run down at the moment.

Sounds like you are having problems turning your brain off. Number one rule, do something constructive. When I am stressed I read books, and do stretching exercises. Do deep breathing, slow in and slower out. Concentrate on being slow.
During the day, you should take a walk or other exercise, the best remedy for stress and depression. No caffiene or other stimulants after dinner. Plan something you can look forward to and remind yourself to actually do it. Ask for help if these don’t help.
