    Look up the pills on the internet to see if they have any side effects. If you have been taking them for more than 6 weeks then some of the side effects will be showing around about now.

    For stress/anxiety or nervous problems I always use Valerian from a Health Food shop. It is a natural remedy available over the counter without prescription. I hope you feel better soon.uk
