Well, i can help you narrow it down
Steriotypes- nada, too many people might get offended
the El Chupa Cabra- no one is going to have a clue wht your talking about
David Koresh- no clue who he is, but biographys are usually pretty easy
the cyanide-spiked cool-aid accident- sounds interesting
the real texas chain saw massacre- people will think your an idiot
Domestic violence- very good choice
stress mangement- easy and fun, useful, but not interesting
charles manson family- maybe

Well, it depends on your audience, time limit, and purpose. If you want something dramatic do Domestic Violence - you should be able to find some moving anecdotes and tons of recent stats (local and national) to use in your speech. If you want something informative go with Stress management - you should be able to find plenty of information on the effects of stress and methods of coping with it.
