If one can breathe in and out correctly, it will lead to relaxation. Mind will be free from stress leading to good imagination.

The way you breathe (consciously) can create tension, relaxation and a lot of other mental, physical or emotional states…. unconsciously, it reflects your state of being.
Breath directly affects the chi or energy flow in the body.

A relaxed state can open up the imagination and that state can be achieved through control of the breath.

Don’t have a clue what the stress mgmt. course is wanting as an answer though.
