suggestions on stress busters?
July 11th, 2009 | by Anthony |delsey2007 asked:
Well, most people say to count to 20 backwards and breathe to calm yourself down. That works for me for a whole maybe 5 minutes then I go right back to thinking about what ticked me off in the beginning, so how do I effectively use a stress buster.
Also, any suggestions as far as stress relievers?
No, punching a pillow doesn’t work. I still want to punch the other person in the face.
And no, I don’t need anger management.

Exercise. Heavy duty cardio, possibly by running, either on the street, or in a gym on a treadmill can get many good chemicals in your brain working, and may help you to get out alot of the energy you might use instead to punch someone and get into legal problems.
If you have a bicycle you can ride it, or just walk walk walk until physically exhausted.

Well I clearly understand that sometimes talking “How it make you feel” sessions don’t work. Stress is defined as the internal conflict of one mind over riding the bodies desire to choke the living **** out of some a$$hole that needs it. I have found the punching pillows don’t work no real release of energy or pain feed back.
What did I find that helps relieve stress…SCA midevel combat. Fully armoured combat minus the steel sword and replaced with one made of rattan. full streangth, full speed.
