He better consult a Clinical Psychologist. Do not diagnose yourself, it may not be stress. Chronic stress is very dangerous and it should be treated medically.

You know I am going to tell you the Bible…believe it or not…when you can find forgiveness in your life, and recognize who the real enemy is causing the stress…for some reason..you can deal with it better…some how those kind words are soothing…Good luck with your husband,,,.nice long walks at night are extremely good for you and him…quality time, talking it out…and generally great for the whole system…God Bless

I love reading textbooks and I read a lot of them. Stress Management ones are my favourite. I found one recently by Olpin & Hesson and it is fabulous! Stress Management for Life calls itself a Research-Based Experiential Approach. ISBN #0-534-64476-7. It is rich in wellness tips and helps make facing distress and adventure instead of a disaster.

There is also a workbook and other available resources, including a relaxation CD. :) Enjoy
