Stress management?

Does anyone have any tips for an extremely stressed high school sophomore? I don’t want tips like just relax…I need something that will actually help me. I hardly have anytime so I need something that I can do fast that will help me just git rid of stress.

    Try deep breathing, watch a second hand on a clock or listen to the ticking and count your inhale for 8 seconds, hold for 2 and then exhale for 10. Keep this up for a whole minute. Try it with your eyes closed for extra relaxation. It works, I do it all the time!

    Cut back on caffeine.

    Take a power nap, no more than 15 minutes….very refreshing!

    Take a quick walk 10-15 minutes.

    Regular exercise also helps keep stressful times in check.

    Keep a journal and write out your daily goals and stick with them, also write about how stress makes you feel or things that make you feel good. This will keep you organized and focused on positive things.

    Stress is self induced. I find it useful to stretch from head to toe while taking deep breaths.

    bec. you don’t want tips like just relax…do you like using FOOD SUPPLEMENTS for relaxation? if you wish to, i have some products which i’m using to relieve my stress…
