Should I quit at end of first semster?

I moved 230 miles to my new district. It was the position I always wanted and I was super exicIted. Then I get here and personal stress was high. Then I find my districted is unexceptable rated (told me recognized when hired) and it is in my department. So they went through stressing us all out only to have the state reverse it to acceptable. I was told I could NOT mange my classroom and send to classroom mangement training. The morning of the training (before I actually went) the superintended walked through my room. So now 3 weeks later, I find out I am on a growth plan. This is the start of my FOURTH year. I am not a newbie and I have always had positive reviews and have really helped students. I did not want to be with an unacceptable district but I had turn down offer from other schools because this one was supposed to be great. Should I quit and save myself from this growth plan/

i think before you quit, you should try to get yourself a new teaching job. if you do get yourself this job, maybe you should do a little more of your on research and not just listen to what the school tells you. if you really don’t like it, quit. but dont forget about all those students you have helped in the past and the many more you can help in the future
