can anyone help me how to start an introduction on a essay with learning stress management,study skills,reading skills and critical thinking skills.

You could write about the reasons that these skills are important for students to of all ages, so that they can find success. Also, you could mention that we all develop these skills as we grow, and they only become more important in high school, college and beyond. Present how some students may struggle without study skills, because though they think they are sitting down and spending time studying, they are not studying in effective ways, and thus not retaining information. Half of learning and studying, is knowing the right way to go about it.
