PLEASE ANSWER! Can a Violent Temper and Stress cause a Heart Attack?
March 13th, 2009 | by Anthony |CBBS asked:
i know i have both of them. i had the violent temper for many years now and i am turning 16 soon. i’ve seen tv shows where a character has the same thing as i do and they end up dying in the show because of their conditions.
i also know how i got the violent temper and why i am getting stress. like school and the future. i’m always thinking about that.
i’ve though about anger management and tharpy but i’m not sure if they really works.
can a young man like in his 20’s or younger have a heart attack?

If you know how you got the temper, then you should be able to let it go.

No, definitely not, it is a myth - heart has nothing to do with heart attack.
But surely, I am sure, it sure can have a couple of teeths removed and a few broken bones, not to mention emergency rush to the nearest hospital, depending where the other guy caused a condition that may always be as a rule life threatening.
thanks. anjum

Yes, You seen it your self. Your problem is you are a good, honest, way to emotional person. This is not working for you duuude. You have to change your self while you are young. You are your worst enemy. You are in defensive mode. You need to get sneaky and learn to use your brain. Cut off responsive feelings. Try it for a week . You think but don’t feel. Of course I don’t want you to be like a machine but you need to find out how it is.. Life is so much easier and simpler. I think you are real smart. Dont’ even worry about the future. i can tell you ton of stuff.. But yeah see a therapist.. Do what ever it takes to become the man you want to be. No time to ignore issues that already have surfaced. Anger and temper is sign of weakness and betrayals. I have this pissed off laugh i put of when i feel like i want to kill some one. People get freaked by it. Please don’t ever act in anger, hate, violence.. Don’t get mad, get even. . I’ll tell more if you want..

Yes, young people can have heart attacks and strokes. You really need to go for counseling and anger management classes. Please do not lose your chance to have a wonderful, productive life to anger issues. You are a young person, with your whole life ahead of you. This type of violent temper can become disastrous. My son grew up with a young man who had a lot of these issues when he was a teenager; and refused to go for help, and because of the fractured family he had to deal with; neither parent insisted that he get help. He is in jail now, because he actually shot and killed a friend during one of these outbursts. I am tearing up just typing this, it is so sad. My husband and I tried to get him help, but because we were not his legal guardians; no one would listen to what we were saying. I don’t have many regrets in my life, thank the Blessed Lord, but that is definitely one of them. You have already taken the first step, by admitting you have a problem. Please go to your local hospital or clinic, call a counselor and tell them what is going on. These things can work, I have seen other people I know turn their lives around. I will pray for you, and hope that you get the help that you need. Have a good day and best of luck to you.

yes, temper and stress can cause a heart attack. Just continue your routine and you will soon have. I’m not kidding. I would consider staying with your anger management and therapy until your temper and stress stops.
