i have seen a medical Dr. he is the one who
first wanted to send me first to pain mangement then a neuro. w.c. stepped in and started sending me to the other Drs
My shoulders are in alot of pain, sometimes
i cannot even lift them. my neck hurts to turn
it. the back of my neck is swelled. Both times
when the dizziness and blackouts started
was when i was lifting weights in pt and when
I had the injection in my neck. The W.C. said
it is not related. My Family Dr. Said it is.
I had a stress test it was fine. Ekg was fine.

I never thought of my heart. When my back
upper back really hurts and you can see it swelled my hearts does flutter. My family
Dr. says it is caused from the injury.

your WC can only go by what the Dr says , if they don’t comply, see a WC attorney, you must now ah-days cause insurance company’s don’t want to pay anything and they are told to denie most claims, hoping you will go away, good luck, the law is on your side

from a nusring perspective, this sounds neuro/musculo-skeletal. A neurologist should be able to perform a physical exam correlated by diagnostic studies to rule out any significant neurological process.
Here is a list of possible specialists your pmd may refer you to:
Neuro
rheumatologist
Chronic pain specialist.
Some illnesses are not discovered until many doctors participate in the care.
