1. I do over eating in stress and difficult situation…..so my weight is now 90 kgs I am 28 yrs old
2. Addiction to OILY FOODS
3. I am doing dilpoma in accounting and have difficult in time mangement as i m fully time student , part time working mother of 2 kids
4. Gets frustated by the past situations in life…….. try to fight them and hard work……….. but fail
5. treated for depression 2ice
i fear 1 day i may end up in mental asylum please help me

I don’t think anyone on here can really help you. You sound as though you need professional help. Have a word with your GP to see if he can recommend a specialist.
