Well I have Chronic Stress. Possibly due to family problems, school, and my schedule. It is really doing a number on me with upset stomachs, anxiety, and anger to the point that people have been telling to seek help with anger management. It has also done major damage to my face with acne and wrinkles. I have been stressed out for awhile now and it has gotten to the point that I’ve realized that I’m sick of my acne and I want it to go away! because it will only go if my stress go away with it. I’m here aking for tips and ways to eliminate stress once and for all to make my face how it once was. Is there a certain food I should eat or brand of drink I should drink? What can I do? Please help me I’m desperate!

You have probably already heard this answer . But exercise is the best way to eliminate that flight or fight response. Which causes anxiety and stress.
If your a drinker or smoker quiting or layoff as much as possible. As well.

Have you thought about seeing a counselor if you are unable to sit down and structure your day in a way that is manageable? It may be that you just have too much to do in a very little amount of time…plain and simple, but most often, we lack the ability to prioritize and sometimes, outside assistance is helpful.
Meditation, exercise, making time to do things you ENJOY, etc. are all part of healing yourself and are JUST AS important as the responsibilities you mentioned above.
It’s great that you’ve recognized that your mind and body deserve kindness, but providing that for yourself isn’t always easy, especially when lacking time (or so it feels). If making lists work for you, try that. If talking to people about your issues might work, try that. Regardless, stress can be extremely detrimental to the body and actually make you take giant steps backwards when you think/are trying to only move forward.
Good luck!

Relieving stress can involve realizing that life happens whether you worry about it or not. Have you ever noticed two different people who are faced with the same bad situation—one flips out and the other remains calm. Why? Because it’s not the situation that gives you stress, it’s your perception of it and reaction to it. Anxiety=feeling out of control. Anger=hating/disliking yourself and/or your ability to influence the world around you (i.e. the lack of ability to maintain control). The calmest people in the world are those who see the way it is and are OK with it, don’t need to manipulate it for their benefit, and don’t blame themselves when it’s bad. Here’s a question: If your worst fears happened, what then? Try making a list of your fears and the worst possible outcomes, and hopefully you will see that it wouldn’t be as bad as you’re afraid of. Also, try letting go a little, of yourself and of everything around you, and you’ll probably find that relaxing your “fist of control” will relax the rest of you, too.

Okay so I have a couple of ideas for you.
1. Is try meditation
2. Try Yoga
3. I have a great, cheap, easy acne remedy for you.
I will send you some links to get you started. Please at least check them out and try them for a week. It wont hurt you to at least give it a shot. My husband has very similiar problems. I always tell him he was born with extra thunder in his heart. The yoga and meditation have really helped him.
Peace
