Was that statement an opinion of the amount of stress a person is feeling or is it uttering threat which would be a criminal offence? I need your vote please.

I would say the operative phrase is “would like to” not “am going to” but, the law and logic are not always the same are they?

It was a statement of opinion, but in this world, said person would be arrested and hauled off to jail. They haul off the ones who haven’t done anything wrong, but the ones who kill and maim get light sentences…When all the person needed to do was vent.
