Try to make time for it. Right when you come home from practice do your homework and study. Then if after you have extra time go and relax and watch tv or something.

the secret is no sleep, wake up drink an energy drink go to school, do your extra curriculars, go home do homework and study. try to get at least 4-5 hours of sleep.

since you have so much on your plate, i would suggest dropping SOMETHING. you cant do all of that and not be super stressed all the time. just find the thing that is least important, and drop it.
also, master organization. if you are organization, you waste less time. =D

Don’t get carried away with the extra curriculars. Too many can bog down your application and actually work against you. Plus you need some time to relax or hang out with friends or whatever.
Do your homework the day you get it, don’t stay up late studying, etc. etc. After you balance your schedule and get used to it you should be good.

i don’tt know is any of those clubs are volunteer related but if not you definetely want to have that on your resume. but the best tips i can give is to do assignments on time if you have a project due in a week try to do it within the fisrt 2 or 3 days. you’ll **** having to cram and being in ib i know that advanced teachers will pile more work on top of more work regardless of the work load in all your other classes. so dont wait to the last min because the assignments will quickly stack up. and also time things out. use your scool planner and actually schedule times. times for everything especially fee time. thats needed also. and good luck on your sophmore year!!!!!!!! im so excited for you

wow girl you are busy! well what i would do is get very organized during the school day. have a binder with folders for everything. this is to make sure you do not loose anything. now what i do (because i am also involved in alot of things at school with ap classes) is at home i have a seperate BINDER for every class i have. i keep all of my tests, graded homework, parts of projects, old notes… everything in that binder. so i keep organized. i also keep a large bullitin board slash calender in my room. this way i can put little notes to myself on my bullitin board and right down important dates on my calender such as a game for cheerleading, when certain projects are due and schedual when i am going to work on the projects. so even though i am not naturally organized i keep it as organized as possible. GOOD LUCK and hope i helped!
