Weaver explains that behavior, feelings, and thoughts are all triggers to causing stress. However, Weaver explains that by relaxing, controlling your thoughts, trying to view a conflict from a problem solving approach, and talking to our selves can all help us cope with stress. As a summary it seems fine. You include all of your points and such. As a linguistic note, you use the phrase “Weaver explains” two sentences in a row, which, while not mechanically wrong, is a bit disorienting as a reading experience. Also, you can use the pronoun “he” instead of constantly reiterating the author’s name.
